About the author:
Jeremy Richter is the founder of Lift N Brews. At the time of writing the book, 2012, he was in graduate school for MA in Kinesiology, Sport Psychology and held BS in Kinesiology, Exercise Science and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification. He had worked with hundreds of people towards their wellness goals as a Personal Trainer, Exercise and Wellness Supervisor, and Fitness and Wellness Director.
